Effective removal of VOCs is essential, and several treatment methods physical, chemical, and biological are available to either destroy or recover them. Water scrubbing is a practical and efficient technique, particularly when the VOCs have high solubility and appropriate vapor pressure. VOCs are readily absorbed into the scrubbing liquid.

About Volatile Organic Compound Removal Systems
VOC scrubbers capture and neutralize volatile organic compounds solvents, alcohols, ketones by contacting the contaminated air with water or an oxidizing solution in a packed tower.
An acid scrubber targets acidic gases such as HCl and SO2. While both systems are wet scrubbers, the neutralizing chemistry and packing materials are selected specifically for acidic pollutants.
All VOC and acid gas scrubbers are designed to meet or exceed Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Tamil Nadu PCB norms. We provide third-party performance validation on request.
By adding sequential stages and adjusting liquor chemistry, a single system can remove VOCs, acid gases and fine particulates simultaneously.
